Motorcycle Preview

BMW's GS motorcycles, with the distinctive boxer engines, have been consistently updated and improved since 1980, shaping the image of BMW Motorrad more than any other model.

So whether in off-road sports or as a touring enduro, the BMW GS has created and shaped a strong market over the past three decades.

BMW Motorrad is now presenting the R 1200 GS "30 Years GS", which is an exclusive special model commemorating the 30-year tradition of the highly successful GS model series.

At the same time, BMW is upgrading the already well-equipped travel enduro within the boxer segment by adding a wide range of additional features and equipment.

The R 1200 GS "30 Years GS" edition highlights the sporting enduro DNA of BMW's large grand touring enduros.

Unique features include the exclusive Alpine White non-metallic paint with three-colored decals in the former colors of BMW Motorrad Motorsport, the "30 Years GS" model designation, cross-spoke wheels with their spoke ring in black epoxy finish, and hand protectors.

The seat is finished in red with its three-dimensional GS stamp in the side flanks, which, according to BMW, "gives this special model a particularly masculine and sporting look."

With the exception of the cross-spoke wheels and hand protectors, the special model may be further upgraded to taste by adding special equipment and optional extras from BMW's large selection of OEM accessories.

Available both as an option straight from the factory, the special low-height seat (which is also part of the lowered suspension package) comes exclusively in black.

Highlights of the BMW R 1200 GS "30 Years GS":

• Paintwork in Alpine White non-metallic.?
• Three-colored decals in the livery of BMW Motorrad Motorsport.?
• "30 Years GS" model designation on the tank.
• Cross-spoke wheels with a spoke ring in black epoxy finish.
• Hand protectors.?
• Seat in red with three-dimensional "GS" stamp in the side flanks.

Bicycle / Scooter Accidents
Florida bicycle accident and scooter accident lawyers handling cases in Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Collier and Lee Counties.

With the costs of gas skyrocketing, many Floridians have turned to bicycles and scooters as a means of transportation. Floridians are also using bicycles and scooters because they are environmentally friendly. Due to the increase in the popularity of these modes of transportation, bicyclists and drivers of scooters have been exposed to a significant risk of being involved in an accident when they take to the roadways. Although there is nothing more relaxing than a ride in the Florida sun, thousands of riders are injured each year as a result of collisions with motor vehicles. Many bicyclists and drivers of scooters are injured and killed as the result of the negligent operation of a car or truck.

Similar to motorcycle riders, bicyclists and drivers of scooters are at a greater risk for injury following a collision because the vehicle they are riding weighs significantly less than the offending car or truck, In addition, bicyclists and drivers of scooters do not have the benefit of a steel shield to protect them during a collision.

The Fort Lauderdale bicycle accident lawyers and scooter accident lawyers at Citron & Bloom understand that the resulting injuries from such an incident include broken limbs, spinal cord injuries and wrongful death. We appreciate what your family is going through and will take the patience necessary to investigate and evaluate all aspects of your claim including hiring the foremost expert witnesses to recreate the accident scene. Our firm will make every effort to aggressively fight for your rights so that you and your family are able to receive the most possible compensation. Whether the bicycle, scooter or pedestrian accident took place in Aventura, Cooper City, Sunrise, West Palm Beach or in any of Florida’s coastal cities, our team of professionals can help.

If you or someone you know was involved in a bicycle accident or scooter accident, please contact the Fort Lauderdale accident lawyers at Citron & Bloom toll free at 866-GoLawyer for a NO-COST CONSULTATION TODAY.

Need a Florida Motorcycle Accident Lawyer and looking for an ethical, experienced and aggressive lawyer to figure out if you may be entitled to money compensation for your serious injury?

In Florida, motorcycle accidents happen mostly because automobile drivers do not share the road. I frequently represent seriously injured motorcycle riders because a car fails to see the motorcycle and then the car pulls out into the intersection. Another common reason is that the car driver changes lanes without looking. The most frequent injuries are fractures of shoulder or wrists from going over the handlebars, or femur (long bone of the leg) fractures from laying the bike down or a side impact. Unfortunately, even at slower speeds and with a helmet, I have represented the family of fathers and sons who have died in motorcycle crashes.

As a Florida Motorcycle accident lawyer, I understand that you may want to express you individuality and freedom on the road by making the decision as an adult not to wear a helmet. The insurance company in a brain injury case will argue that you are the cause of your own injury being worse because if you were wearing a helmet the injury would not have been so bad.

I retain experts in biomechanics, who are engineers and if the evidence is available and in your favor, they can calculate the force of the impact and tell the insurance company that they are wrong. That wearing a helmet would not have made a difference. A helmet sometimes can actually make the injury worse. I am not advocating that you should not wear a helmet , it's just that wearing one does not always make a difference. It depends on the accident circumstances. Each Florida Motorcycle Accident claim will get my personal attention to detail and my 30 years of experience.

If you would like to consult for free with a Florida civil trial lawyer who is board certified as an expert in civil trial then please call 888-446-1999

There will be no charge for lawyer fees of representation or costs of representation if there is not money compensation recovery.
